To operate the service, manage your subscription and billing, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, and your consent.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your clients' data for marketing. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to what is needed to run and support the service, and any administrative access is logged.
Our servers are currently hosted outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This means your personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom solely to operate the service, under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. This notice will be updated when hosting moves in-Kingdom.
Account data is kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation it is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted. Financial records are kept for the period required by law.
You may access, correct, delete and export your data, and withdraw consent. Most of this is available inside the tool; otherwise contact us. We respond within 30 days.
If a breach affects your personal data we will notify the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours and inform you where required.
