MyShortAddress (myshortaddress.com) is an online tool that finds the Saudi National Short Address — and the full national address — from a Google Maps link, coordinates or a Short Address.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT. Any tax that applies — for example 15% VAT in Saudi Arabia — is added at checkout.
You buy credits in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. One credit is used for each successful lookup; lookups that fail or return no result do not use a credit. Credits do not expire. New accounts receive free credits once; these have no cash value.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not resell the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose or to harass individuals.
Results come from third-party address data. We do not guarantee that every location has a Short Address; check an address before relying on it.
The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
